Hybrid: M/F - remote; Tues -Thurs - In-office (9am-5pm)
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Overseeing, monitoring, reviewing and vetting costs for construction buildout design plans against quantity requirements.
- Gathering and preparing reports, analyses, contracts, budgets, risk assessments, and other necessary and relevant documents and forwarding them to the appropriate management or personnel
- Maintaining accurate project records and expenses by preparing reports, keeping accurate track of materials/assets and productivity tracking
- Gathering reports for clients and/or stakeholders on claimed executed work of contractors against confirming the stage of work accomplished and checking progress payments according to the accomplished work.
REQUIREMENTS
- Degree in engineering (or advanced technical degree) or Business Administration, Construction Economics or Finance
- Project Management Experience and/ or scheduling experience with Earned Value Management
- 5 Years Experience or knowledge of a specific functional area or discipline (e.g., Finance, Utility, Infrastructure/Construction, or Information Technology)
- Experience with Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP) Contracts or /Target Priced Contracts or financial accounting on open book contracts
- Experience creating financial literacy programs or 2 years’ experience in a previous financial role liaising and working collaboratively with site managers, clients, contractors, subcontractors, and stakeholders
